1. What You Are Purchasing
The Professional Eligibility Assessment is a preliminary advisory review of the information you provide. It is intended to identify apparent strengths, concerns, possible pathways, alternatives, anticipated documentation and next-step considerations.
2. What It Does Not Include
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the assessment does not include filing an application, regulated representation, guaranteed employer placement, guaranteed admission, guaranteed visa approval, or unlimited consultation and document preparation.
3. Client Responsibility
The usefulness of the assessment depends on accurate and complete information. You agree not to omit material facts or submit false, altered or misleading documents.
4. Assessment Result
A positive assessment means only that a pathway may merit further consideration based on information available at the time. Eligibility rules, institutional policies, employer requirements and government practices can change.
5. Further Services
If Holyone considers a pathway suitable for further work, a separate proposal may be issued describing scope, professional fees, third-party costs and next steps. You are not required to purchase a subsequent service merely because you purchased an assessment.
6. Regulatory Boundary
If the next stage requires regulated immigration or legal representation, Holyone must either limit its role to permitted non-regulated services or arrange for the regulated component to be handled by an appropriately authorized professional.
7. Assessment Fee
The assessment fee displayed at checkout applies to the assessment stage only. Payment does not guarantee a favourable opinion or third-party outcome.
