1. Holyone's role
Holyone provides pathway assessment, mobility strategy, admissions coordination, employer-linked opportunity coordination, documentation support, partner due diligence and relocation planning.
2. No legal representation by default
Holyone is not an immigration law firm. Purchasing a Holyone service does not itself create a lawyer-client or regulated-representative relationship. Where regulated advice or representation is required, it is delivered through an appropriately qualified professional.
3. No outcome guarantee
Holyone does not guarantee admission, employment, entry permission, work authorization, permanent residence, appointment availability or another employer, institution or government outcome.
4. Current information
Pathways, partner capacity, employer demand, government rules, costs and processing conditions can change. Recommendations are based on information reasonably available at the time of review.
