1. Information we collect

We may collect identity and contact details, country of residence, education and work history, travel or immigration history, financial-readiness information, consultation records and documents supplied for an assessment or service.

2. How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, assess pathway options, coordinate agreed services, communicate progress, maintain records, prevent fraud and meet legal or operational requirements.

3. Documents and safeguards

Sensitive documents should be provided only through an approved process. Holyone uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

4. Service providers and partners

Information may be shared with institutions, employers, recruitment partners, payment or booking providers and qualified professionals only where reasonably required for the requested service, authorized by the client or required by law. These parties may apply their own privacy terms.

5. Retention and client rights

Records are retained only as reasonably required for service, legal, accounting and dispute-management purposes. Requests for access, correction or deletion may be sent to info@holyonepathwaypartners.com, subject to lawful retention obligations.
