Website & Service Terms
Terms governing Holyone website use, assessments and professional service engagements.
Last updated: August 27, 2026
1. Website purpose
This website provides general information about Holyone services and allows prospective clients and business partners to contact us, complete assessments and access approved service tools.
2. No guarantee of outcome
Nothing on this website or in an assessment guarantees admission, employment, a visa, permit, status, appointment availability, employer selection or any decision controlled by an institution, employer, embassy, government, regulator or other third party.
3. Client information and documents
Clients must provide complete, truthful and current information and review documents prepared from that information. Holyone may pause, decline or terminate work where information appears false, altered, misleading or materially incomplete.
4. Engagement and regulatory boundaries
A paid service begins only after the applicable scope, responsibilities, fees and terms are accepted. Holyone provides non-regulated advisory, administrative, documentation and mobility coordination. Regulated immigration, legal, tax or other specialist work must be performed by an appropriately authorized professional.
5. Third parties and changing conditions
Institutions, employers, recruiters, payment processors, appointment providers and governments operate independently. Holyone is not responsible for their decisions, policy changes, processing times, outages or actions outside Holyone’s reasonable control.
6. Fees and external costs
Holyone professional fees are separated from government, institutional, medical, insurance, translation, courier, biometric, appointment, employer or partner costs unless a written proposal expressly states otherwise.
7. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Holyone branding, reports, templates, assessments and original content may not be commercially copied or resold without authorization. Users must not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent material, introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized system access.
8. Limitation and updates
To the extent permitted by law, Holyone is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by third-party decisions or circumstances outside its reasonable control. These terms may be updated; signed service agreements may include additional terms.
