Refund & Cancellation Policy

How assessment fees, professional service payments, cancellations and refund reviews are handled.

Last updated: August 27, 2026

1. Purpose and applicable agreement

This policy explains the general treatment of Holyone professional fees. A service-specific proposal or signed agreement may contain additional terms and controls where applicable and lawful.

2. Professional Pathway Assessment

The assessment fee pays for professional review and recommendations, not a positive result. Once substantive review of the submitted profile or documents has begun, the fee is generally earned for work performed, subject to applicable consumer law.

3. Full-service engagements

Larger engagements are tied to the scope and milestones in the proposal or service agreement. If a client cancels, any refund calculation considers work completed, committed resources, non-recoverable costs and the applicable agreement.

4. Consultations and digital products

A consultation fee is not refundable after the consultation has been delivered. Downloadable or immediately accessible digital products are generally non-refundable once supplied, except where required by law.

5. Third-party costs

Government, institution, embassy, medical, insurance, translation, courier, biometric, appointment, employer and partner charges are governed by the relevant provider’s rules unless Holyone expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

6. Outcome is not a refund basis

A refusal, rejection, unsuccessful interview, employer decision, appointment problem, policy change or other adverse third-party outcome does not by itself create a right to refund professional work properly performed.

7. Duplicate or incorrect payments

Verified duplicate payments or processing errors should be reported promptly and will be reviewed for correction.

8. Requesting a review

Email info@holyonepathwaypartners.com with your name, service, payment reference, reason and supporting information. The request will be assessed against work performed, the accepted agreement and applicable law.
