Payments & Service Process

Payments must be made through a payment link, invoice, business bank account or other channel confirmed by Holyone in writing. Do not send cash or transfer money to an individual or unverified third party claiming to represent Holyone.

Depending on the accepted scope, professional fees may cover consultation, profile assessment, pathway strategy, document review, preparation support, administrative coordination and progress communication.

Government, institution, embassy, medical, police certificate, translation, notarization, courier, insurance, biometric, appointment, employer and partner costs remain separate unless expressly included in writing.

The recommended pathway, service scope, responsibilities, professional fees, anticipated external costs and payment milestones should be confirmed before a full engagement begins.

Where applicable, the client receives payment confirmation or an invoice, onboarding instructions, a document checklist, the primary communication channel and indicative next steps or timelines.

Holyone generally assesses the profile, compares viable directions, confirms the engagement, coordinates documentation and partners, and supports the agreed next stage. Timing depends on client readiness and third-party availability.
