Understanding Professional and Third-Party Fees

Clear fee separation protects the client and the integrity of the engagement.

Educational information · Updated August 2026

Professional fees

These pay for assessment, strategy, preparation, coordination and administrative work described in the accepted scope.

Third-party fees

Institutions, government authorities, medical providers, translators, couriers, insurers and other providers may charge separately.

What fees do not purchase

No fee purchases employment, admission, a permit, a visa or a government decision. Outcomes remain with independent decision makers.

Milestones and receipts

Every material payment should have a written purpose, currency, payee, milestone and receipt or transaction reference.

Refund review

Refunds depend on the accepted agreement, work performed, third-party commitments and applicable law—not simply the final outcome.

This guide is general information, not legal advice or a guarantee of admission, employment, visa, permit or other outcome. Requirements and third-party decisions can change.
