Credibility is established through consistent evidence, authority and process—not presentation alone.

Educational information · Updated August 2026

Establish legal identity

Match the legal name, registration, address, website domain, signatory and bank beneficiary.

Confirm authority

Ask what the organization is authorized to do and which party ultimately employs or represents the employer.

Verify the opportunity

Cross-check vacancies, role terms, employer demand and the route through which candidates will be assessed.

Review the agreement

Define deliverables, milestones, fees, refunds, confidentiality, data handling, dispute terms and termination rights.

Monitor after onboarding

Due diligence continues. Record changes, approvals, payments, candidate communications and exceptions in an auditable case file.
